There is no reason other than just instos using as a cash cow for last 4 years and getting away with manipulation (see above where I posted volume chart and outlined layering). the management doesnt care as get paid end of day a massive salary and will walk away scott free even if price is ruined. Then again coould be some info we arent prvy to going about.
