But if notice is given on 27 June, Meeting is held on 12 July. Assuming terms and conditions of loan are accepted by shareholders they then have to allow time for Bright to approve the loan - at this point it is an offer, and not yet approved.
So cutting it fine for 15 July. At which point banks either call the loan or extend. Again.
