Next date is 27 June. This is the latest synlait can call a Special Meeting to get Shareholder approval for the Bright Loan if they expect this to be used to repay the $130m. (10 working days notice needs to be given of meeting. Friday 28 June is a public holiday in NZ)
But if notice is given on 27 June, Meeting is held on 12 July. Assuming terms and conditions of loan are accepted by shareholders they then have to allow time for Bright to approve the loan - at this point it is an offer, and not yet approved.
So cutting it fine for 15 July. At which point banks either call the loan or extend. Again.
