Before you continue with your hypothesis about a2/Bright current and future relationship, you might be interested to know that China State Farm Agribusiness Holding Shanghai Co., Ltd which is a wholly owned by China National Agriculture Development Group Co, Ltd (CNADC) has been a2 Milk's strategic and exclusive distribution partner and import agent in China since 2013. Last time that agreement was renewed in 2022 for another 5 years. So a2 has no issues with distribution in China as some might think and already has quite a powerful partner. Also that China Animal Husbandry Group which is owned by CNADC as well holds a 25% interest alongside a2MC’s 75% interest in Mataura Valley Milk (MVM).
