And this is where management have failed. they should never have let them get so much leverage. They tried to pull off to early without having settled any other deals to get manufacturing done. There should be no bonuses this year, completely put the SP in the firing line.
The chances of them coming out and saying they have done this all along are pretty much zero given history. So close and undecided vote shows they have no plan. Its ok though the management will still get paid but retail get the shaft again.
