Bright can't vote so yes they do need A2M's support.... there is a lot to digest for Synlait holders; especially this comment:
It said without the loan from an associated company of its largest shareholder, Bright Dairy, its board’s view was that Synlait would need to cease trading or initiate insolvency proceedings.
Now that this has been announced, as I stated the other day in Post #:74453232 , A2M are likely to publicly announce what their intentions are etc
