You need to get your facts right. Penno did not call A2's Ceo a fraudster. There was/is a tension between Penno and A2 related to Signum Holding. No questions about that. And at one stage Penno sent DB disparaging email in which Penno accused Paul Ryan (Signum's COE) of fraud and some other sins. So, it's Paul Ryan who Penno called fraudster, not DB
