I'm not familiar with every line of the terms of service of HotCopper, but I'm fairly certain that you don't need to hold a security to leave a post. Possibly worth checking on my end.
Quite ironic to say candles mean nothing while simultaneously being 55% down on an investment. Perhaps this could be a learning opportunity for you? I'm going to insist on you having that glass of milk at this point, if it doesn't calm you down, at least it'll taste good.
