At the low in early january the trend changed, it may be a slow climb (in comparison to past rises), but an uptrend is an uptrend. Obviously some good news might hurry things along a bit, Shorts are decreasing which is a good sign.
My gut tells me that early/mid August is the time to watch for sudden changes.
