I know many people say its their job to run the company and not care about shares but at the end of the day.... they are accountable for massive share proce drop.
We buy because we believe its a good business and that it has good profits which it did. But if they are not paying dividends when their profit are below expectation or when the next predicted annual or half yearly is low then i consider the board and management play a responsibility and they have to be accountable towarda share holders.
