I'll believe it when I see it (and not a minute sooner).
The premium needed to takeover would be huge and one would have to wonder why now? As there's been speculation and rumours numerous times previously.
Having said that the increase this morning was pretty weird. We have just seen a new significant holder enter, so perhaps other institutions are buying with the same investment logic i.e. that A2M is undervalued on a long term view.
