No, i am not Chinese. Housing price crash is good for young families who couldn't afford apartments. It is my understanding that a Chinese man with an apartment is a solid marriage prospect. On the economy- it is being stimulated right now as i am sure you would have read. yes, i have heard for the lie flat phenomenon however lets not generalise - not everyone will lie flat and let life pass them by. Affordable housing and economic support for families plus general economic development will get them up.
now can you imagine the AU or NZD government allowing the housing market to crash to kill a bubble that adversely affects young people and is linked to declining child birth? Personally the weakness and meekness of our recent "leaders" suggests otherwise. We havent had a strong and strategic leader since John Howard
