yes the reason is wages never kept up with housing or living costs. Whats the point in working when your timne and effort is not worth as much and its gone from getting ahead to surviving. Especially when working for some rich pos who isnt affected and they can just buy more. All time is being forced to work only just to get by. guess china is now having same experience those that got ahead pull ladder up behind them.. maybe
