management inertia - there's a malevolent influence / ideology in our company that must be enduring? at $5.00 buy back issued capital, or give shareholders a special dividend, or restate your ongoing dividend policy or invest in supply chain certainty.. if you can't over expand margin and grow organically with the retained funds you have, give them back to me in some fashion.
