Less cynical then u re the stimulus. There is no reason given extreme concerns there to fix things that money will be used fruadulently. Would not like to be the Official that attempted given the punishment of others! The economy has to be addressed at these deep levels to provide certainty . Property has had enough thrown at it but state government entities all need to be functioning as well. Having functional Gvt and private economic supply chains and generators is vital. China investors are concerned re these big issues so fundamentals first rather then immediately providing more consumer direct benefits further to those provided . Trump is a concern for China given possible economic impact so maybe more direct stimulus to consumers is being cautiously held back given uncertainty with any deal Trump makes on tarrifs.
