The AFR article was written at 11 pm last night , so it certainly contained no information from today's speech.
The speech looks fairly benign to me , but will have a better look later.
Looks like an over reaction , but that is just my opinion , as always , time will tell.
Seems a little strange that A2M , that has certification and can sell their IF in China no matter what happens with the new cross border laws , drop nearly 5% and BAL with no certification and therefore will be affected by the new laws more , drop only 3.6% .
Oh well , another day ,another @prosperity melt down.
