I don't know how you analyse a F&B company:Let's use Nestle (OTCPK:NSRGY) as an example, Nestle SA's PE= 36.33. Nestle SA's 5-year average EBITDA growth rate is -1.80%
During the past 12 months, Nestle SA's average EPS without NRI Growth Rate was -11.00% per year.
A2M's sales had shrinking growth in % term, but not the profitability, the operating margin had increased over time.
The shrinking growth in % term shall be interpreted in light of the supply constrain, which is not reflecting a lack of demand scenario.
Let's go back to NSRGY, if Nestle is trading at PE of 30+ and had negative EBITDA growth rate for the past 5 years, would you still think A2M is overpriced relatively base on it's PE and EG?
A2M's 2018 EPS growth at 106% is very unusual and remarkable. What do you make of that?
