I watch RSI 70 and 30 on a daily chart to show overbought and oversold - but you can show RSI on any time frame chart 5min , hour , day , week the 14 is the period so 14 bars - Eg 14 day bars on a daily chart or 14 week bars on a weekly chart moving averages are the same
Eg 200 EMA 200 bars on a day chart 200 bars on a weekly chart .
