I think the question is more has the market fully absorbed the news of the lower margins looking forward?
Volumes decreasing, RSI bottoming out at lowest second lowest levels over the last 12 months. Looks like it's primed to move off this level very soon. The stock is not broken, just market had to absorb the short term bad news and already many are seeing the wisdom of their long term plan to guarantee their seat at the table. Again, look at BAL as the alternative outcome.
