There are now 2 gaps below. The lower one might not fill but unfortunately the upper one will most likely fill.
There is an opposing argument to be made though.

In the past, the $14.4ish line has been crosses only twice. The first time the SP passed $14.40, it stayed in the uptrend till high $15s. The second time the SP crossed $14.4ish line it stayed in the uptrend and peaked around low $17s. So everytime in the past the SP closed around the level it is now, the uptrend continued. It has never stalled at mid 14s.
If it wasn't for the above fact, I would say the gap around $14.2 is bound to fill.

We could also get the best of both worlds where the SP opens lower and fills the $14.23 gap and we still march on to a close higher than $14.5. That would be best case scenario and would also mean the chances of the gap at $13.82 filling become very low.
