In my opinion the share price weakness is due to UBS and others playing games and shorting the stock. Generally IMO the share price is whatever UBS decides it to be. It is called making money, as simple as that, and they have hundreds of traders working to that goal. All the news coming out of A2 is positive and the fundamentals are excellent. Shorters have been selling down in expectation of CEO and other directors selling, which they usually do this time of the year. But not yet! Once selling notified share price will go down and shorters will cover IMO. Then the share price will correct. Enjoy! If A2 was smart they would give executives low interest loans to cover tax obligations of taking up options, thereby freeing them up to sell down at the right timing relative to the share price.
