If you were the Chinese business owners, which one would you offer? 100% BAL or 15% of A2 (for the money they pay).
Regardless the brand they buy, it will turn into a "Chinese brand with material sourced from Aust". The company will lose it's uniqueness and identity. So, why would you go for the expensive buy option?
