Great post.
As some new to the game and this forum, I've observed - as is the case anywhere - that differing and conflicting opinions are prevalent and that bias towards ones desired outcome is something to bear in mind when using a place like this to inform your own judgement. The one and only absolute indicator is Mr Market and what he does on the day. I think charts are a fantastic resource, but it's dubious IMO to rely solely on them or declare what *is* going to happen solely based on TA.
At the end of the day, other opinions are important so far as informing your own, but you must cultivate your ability to use your own judgement.
