I like how that professor was trying to trivialise paying more for milk that improves gastrointestinal health (even just slightly) just because it contains the same nutritional value of an a1 milk - nicely compared to Lion’s Dairy farmers brand, by the way. If you feel better after drinking it, wouldn’t you think it’d be worth more to you, the consumer, who is drinking it and feeling better?

I think it’s a good news story and shows that it’s a hero company in the industry, much like people paying a premium for buying cage free eggs to support farmers in the industry, although I’m unsure if cows are treated any differently? Still, positive for A2 and paints a positive picture for them.

They also failed to mention that milk used to be delivered to your door and came with a layer of cream on the top! Gone are those days!
