You are kidding right???? Analysts briefings never get any more info than is available anywhere else. Journalists never get embargoed press releases.....
These guys will know before the info is released in NZ, however AU is the prize, so they have their positions ready before they get the info and then they have a maybe 20-30 minutes after release to weave their magic.
You hear constantly that its above or below consensus....yet not one of the "consensus" makers publish their "consensus", so they can say whatever they want to get teh results they want
