Agree...difficult decision...I’m in sim boat...been tempted by a little place in Chianti! Surely you can purchase at auction with deposit w 3 month settlement. Houses will always be there...however I feel a2 is a better investment than real estate, trouble is it will always be a good investment better than real estate...but I guess if you need a house to Reno ...n it’s the one for you ...well u may need to sell a few.
