It appears you have not read much about St George Mining Limited, its history, excellent management team, its methodical exploration programmes and its incredible results that have been released over the past 5 years. They all point towards the discovery of a potentially very significant resource from maybe two or three orebodies hosted in an EW trending structural geological setting which extends over a strike length of some 16 km. This paragraph I hope gives you the -Raison d'etre- of SGQ

There is a magnificent array of subjects covered by very well informed scholars and specialists in many fields of the mining industry who have contributed excellent posts to enrich those of us with lesser knowledge, of the potential of this company. I strongly suggest you read many of these posts to familiarise yourself with SGQ's history and progress, after you have read the reports released to the ASX by SGQ over the past 5 years, I'm sure it will clarify in your mind whether what has been written constitutes what you refer to as "Hype"
You are correct, there isn't a resource outlined in any JORC category yet, However, in case you are not aware, this is an exploration company and it takes time good management and maybe some luck; to prove a resource of any significance. SGQ have the three of them, not to mention support from their shareholders.
So, as they say in the vernacular, "Watch This Space".
