I have not posted a chart here for a while, so this is contemporary weekly which frames the price patterns pretty well.
Basically WBC is having a lot of trouble getting over the black median line. This is not unusual. Stocks usually either blast or gap through, or stumble and retreat till they have another go.
It looks to me like WBC needs to drop back to the green ML to gather some support, then have a go in the usual run up to dividend season.
