costs were incurred during the quarter in relation to the execution and deliverable of
the planned DFS phase, the DFS is almost complete."

This expenditure is due to the DFS, if you look at exploration & evaluation expenditure a couple quarterlies back you find this expenditure is less than $300k/qrter. You are right they will look to raise capital within the next 6 months after the FID and hopefully after some offtake agreements. They hired an advisory firm for a reason.
