Webjet taking a lot of flack on Facebook over inability to contact them about flights in the next few days. Also people still waiting for refunds from as long ago as March for flights cancelled then. Webjet replies to the (few) complimentary comments, but ignores all others. Not a good look. Seems like a lot of reputation damage in store.
