State borders should remain open because closing them affects business confidence and the economic data.
Another way to look at it, is have a short closure as an investment in mid and longer term confidence.
This was shown Friday with panic selling and then a return back to $5
AstraZeneca vaccine is current under assessment until the 18th January 2021. Then it will likely be approved in Australia Feb/March. If you got in under $5 then hats off to you. Still lots of gains left in this.
