Thanks chamonix, you are correct for the most part. I was only looking for the price to hit a dollar or so in the short term. I'm going to buy some in the next few days and would be happy if it got there in the next few weeks.

It managed .995 on jan 5 and as mentioned the reits as a whole should see some sunshine before long if the general market keeps pushing up. But this one seemed a bit more primed than some others I've looked at.

As far as using moving averages as indicators, they are only part of the constantly changing puzzle.
