I sent an email to someone and said that I would not be surprised to see a spring test into 4 today on low volume. I wont mention his name but he is free to confirm it if he likes.
The test is designed to suck supply into 4.1 which is the new support and there is good demand there.
Yes we may be set for some fresh upside. IMHO!
