Had it for a couple of years now. No complaints. Sure, it might be a bit slow from time to time, and has occasional downtime, but that'll happen to any software from time to time. Much more frequent that I couldn't get hold of a broker when I needed to - try trading through Macquarie on Melbourne cup day, or the day after boxing day!
