Isn't it the best result for the Note holders if the Zip SP goes up substantially? The Note holders have an option to convert the face value of their Notes into Zip shares at a conversion price of $12.39 per share. So if the Zip SP in 7 years is $25, can't they just exercise their conversion right and make a huge capital gain on the shares they receive? Or am I missing something?
