I don't see they would not return the stock before 360 days if the SP is absolute bottomed, with the accumulation happening in the last few weeks, wouldn't surprise me if they bought back their short position. They know that SP will be savaged soon after the CN raise, hence could be one of the reason they hedged at 9.18; they could always take another short position to hedge when future SP rise due to FOMO. 75% of their portfolio is long position at $12.4 vs 25% short position at $9.18, I think they would lean towards the 75% at higher SP......
I don't see they would not return the stock before 360 days if...
