I pondered ignoring this comment because I can't be stuffed arguing with anyone, but I honestly could not believe what you wrote.
So according to you the value of all IP, merchants, customers, cash balances and existing debtors is Nil? They are just giving up 30% equity for no underlying business asset.You know that is not correct.
