no one has been mislead imo
insinuating or saying what they plan to do and by no certain date, is not misleading IMO
there may be a case, but at face value it isn’t strong.
nobody would take it as it won’t get funded. Nuix, A2M, Crown etc - are clearly actions with a basis imo and gives a abundantly clear reasoning to why they run
In my personal opinion, there are questionable leadership or execution flaws IMO (could have done better type question marks), but as a long term holder, I can’t agree that I’ve been mislead.
