She explicitly stated that the USA race is a must for the company to win. Hence their 200$milllion spending spree at advertising. She didn’t mince words and presented her case like a lecturer. She doesn’t hold in her name any substantial amount of shares so as not to bias market. Very professional in my opinion. Outside this under the sheets!!! One could speculate.
We have to wait for an update of USA growth.
Incorporating Zip with a large partner is also on the cards.
Lastly a take over will be based on company income x ? 30
