nah it won't fall. the mega cap tech are too much of a darling to the market, and profits are still growing (slightly), it's just the extreme stretched valuation (especially nvidia/tesla). bear markets are caused by recession, and recessions never start at the beginning of a rate rise cycle. the real bear market will only start next year at earliest imo.
