Please note this is my perception / view ... (and of course I might be wrong lol)
Without going into too much detail ... the catalysts for me would any or the combination of below:
- APT SP reset (a very large fall in SP) = APT retail investor money likely into Zip
- Solid Zip Financial reporting = rebuttal of all the noise being created = retail money into Zip (this will likely negatively impact APT SP as I think a lot of their SH money will flow into Zip due to a much larger potential for SP growth)
- Reputable large cornerstone investor ... I do not think it necessary if any of the above happens
disclosure: I do intra-day trading (scalping - long and short - I trade shares without holding them) and have no personal vested interest in any BNPL and never day-traded Zip. At once stage I had Zip shares, but sold when I saw the relentless shorting on what I perceived as good announcements. (broke even)
