Are you just going to ignore the arrears rates decrease from the last 2 updates? What exactly do you make of that? Did you see it was 0.89%? I see in another thread you predicted bad debts at 2.8% next quarter?
Do you remember Larry specifically talking about taking on more risk to fund growth around a year ago? This is where the bad debt increases came from. They have obviously tightened this up.
What about the potential decrease in cost of interest now that Quadpay and Zip Anywhere will recycle receivables faster?
I don't think you can take a quick look at the financials and gain a deep understanding of the business. It's these little nuances that you have conviction on that make you 10 baggers. We saw it with Afterpay when they were 8 during Covid and all the naysayers were obviously wrong. You see it all the time with stocks and that's where the real money is made.
