If we want to achieve decent growth (like another unmentioned company) we MUST shine the light on share dilution by the Z1P board. Many here seem to write my concerns off as though dilution doesn't affect the share price, or that it's only a marginal effect - I'd argue the opposite.
Z1P have diluted shareholders a whopping 41.5% in the last 12 months alone! Inventing shares from thin air at your expense. APT on the other hand have come under scrutiny for diluting their shareholders for the same period a meagre 7.8%
Email Larry & Peter and tell them we're watching! It's all good to capital raise for new ventures, but the majority of this dilution isn't connected to capital raises - it's just printing money for family.
BTW I'm not some old character who has come back with a new username. I've been lurking for years, and finally decided to put my 2c in. Let's be rational here. It's not nice to know you've been diluted to all hell, but at least address the problem, not the person who told you about it.
