Good post fuzz50. when looking at the reduction the numbers are really good as it is the net short position reduction i.e Total shorts - shorts covering + new short positions added resulting in overall 28% reduction. Looks like the percentage of new short positions around this price is considerably less compared to previous months as this is huge drop in reduction from the highs above 7% to 5.25% since the last quarter update.
