Hi Dundee, I've seen you around in a few places. Never thought I'd get a bite from you, but oh well.
As an engineer, let me respond in such a manner.
1. My comments here do not influence the SP, and it's foolish to think so. So I can come here and scream buy or sell from a rooftop with a mega phone and dancing naked - and absolutely nothing will happen. All I'm doing is providing a narrative which, for obvious reasons, many people don't like. Generally, those people are those that bought on hype and are worried they'll lose their money. Fair enough, but again, not my problem.
2. The words 'every time' were just me being lazy because I'm on my phone lol. Fair call though, 21st Jan they did well - but as a holder for a while now, let's zoom out a little...remember, I've been through all these annoucements, so I know them well.
a - report release 21 Jan Q2 trading update "ZIP CEMENTS ITSELF AS A TRUE GLOBAL BNPL LEADER"
SP +23%
b - report release 15 Dec "ZIP PARTNERS WITH HARVEY NORMAN"
SP did't move
c - report release 02 Dec "NOV YTD TRADING UPDATE"
SP -1.3% but then started a week long selloff, causing a 15% correction
d - report release 23 Nov "OCT YTD TRADING UPDATE"
SP +2% (w00t, cash monee yo)
e - report release 20 Oct "ZIP UNLOCKS TAP & ZIP"
this one is awesome, SP open $7.50, closes at $7.07 and then retreats for the next 9 days, bottoming at $5.61.
f - report release 14 Oct "QUARTERLY UPDATE"
this one is also bad, SP -4% but then leads in to the 15th Oct, bottoming at $7.01 (noting the high on the 14th was $7.78), and then report E above comes in and just kicks it in the guts.
g - report release 27 Aug "FY20 INVESTOR PRESENTATION"
and again, this sucked ass. Opens $10.46, peaks at $10.64...closes at $9.20. You do the math.
Get my point man? I don't care if you don't like what I say. Funny thing is you chose one event that back your narrative, and then proceeded to say that I don't know what I'm talking about...
The reason the sell off occurs if because the market hypes the stocks and the numbers never foot the bill - which is OK. All in all, this stock is growing at a very reasonable rate. Just don't cry when I call that again, the SP has gotten ahead of itself and needs to pull back.
And my final FU, is that I called $14.50 on the 10th of Feb - so again, your call on my charts 'not coming close' is BS. I called it to within 3 cents of the top. Here's a picture for evidence...
