going to be a large sell down at some point in the not too distant future, unless a large investor comes aboard or a JV/acquisition etc

the fed will announce a stimulus as early as Friday, which gives us space to rise a little further depending on outcome, however markets looking very frothy, and lots at play at the moment

completely agree that it's plausible to anticipate a "correction of sorts", however a new base has (arguably) formed at around $11.50-$12, so with a good report, it's likely to see this climb higher before falling down around the $10-$11 mark shorter term.

your target of $8.50 may get there but would need some significant catalysts, and none I can anticipate in the immediate future

I enjoy your opinions and outlook, and I agree, in most part, to your views.

my money is staying put as I think there is a bit more in the engines to break another ATH before cooling right off. I think this is more likely to happen first, before seeing a capitulation of 25-30% drop.
