Algo trading of 1 or 2 shares to drive price up or down is illegal manipulation then why does ASX doesn't step in. If I park illegally then I get hit with a fine, they don't miss. Why is SP manipulation that hurts so many retailers is not policed. What purpose does trading 1 or 2 share achieve other than manipulation?
