if your in tradingveiw click on that button and go for the one where you can have 3 different sections on the left or right that way you'll be able to monitor say 5min/30min/4h stochastic that way you'll get a relatively quick indication of market sentiment with the 5min and a overall/smoothed sentiment with the 4hour.
