Our Harvard educated Philip Lowe, as with the American counterparts
can limit on loan-to-value or debt-to-income ratios for mortgage borrowers to contain the housing bubble, while keeping the (bond) interest rate low to help the businesses. Fear mongering with interest rate hike has no merit by downrampers, at this point. Perhaps, leaders of our nation know that we are heading into an unchartered territory pursuing the Five Eyes/Quad nation path. I should not elaborate. I wish not for the downrampers to start flaming with that kind of sentiment.
