Yes sellers are drying up but that doesn't mean buyers will come in.
The only way this makes new highs is if institutions support it with buying.
I see no sign of this buying. Sure price may make technical bounces but that would be akin to a leaf floating about in the wind.
So the big question is, why aren't institutions buying Z1P? Is it because of the rotation out of tech. Hmmmm...
